## Evidence-Informed Nutrition Textbook

Evidence-informed nutrition has been one of my biggest passions. It was an honour to be asked to contribute research and detailed information on some of the most popular diets that exist today to this book. Before becoming a naturopathic doctor I practiced as a nutritionist. The way we nourish our bodies dictates our longevity and the way we perform in life.
