## Burn Out

You’re burnt out- in other words you have burnt the candle at both ends for too long. You’re overworked, under slept and chronically stressed. ## Signs of burn out:

- Excessive Fatigue

- Poor sleep

## Factors that cause burn out:

- Lack of sleep (not getting 7-8 hours of sleep)

- Nutritional deficiencies

- Immunologic or infectious causes

- Oxidative stress, lack of mitochondrial support

- Hormonal imbalances

- Environmental stress

- Irregular or heavy menstrual bleeding

- Poor diet

- Dehydration

- Lack of sunshine

- Over working and under playing
